⏳ 2 WEEKS TO GO! ⏳
We’re now just 2 weeks away from the 12 Hour Hero Workout Challenge in support of PIPS Su***de Prevention.
On the day, I’ll be taking on 12 Hero Workouts in 12 Hours to raise funds for a charity that does incredible work supporting people through some of life’s toughest battles.
Over the next few days, I’ll be setting up a booking system for each workout, so if you’d like to jump in for one workout, a few workouts, or even just come along to support throughout the day, you’ll be able to reserve your spot.

“Before joining Valour Fit I honestly hadn’t stepped foot in a gym in years. I was nervous, unfit, and convinced everyone would already know what they were doing except me. From my very first session, Stirling and members made me feel welcome straight away.
The best thing about Valour Fit is that every workout can be scaled to your own level, so I never felt out of place as a beginner. A few months ago I struggled with basic movements and now I’m lifting weights I never thought I could, my fitness has improved massively, and I’ve lost weight while feeling so much more confident in myself.
The classes are tough but fun, and the community keeps you coming back. Whether it’s the 6am madness, Sweat sessions, Functional Fitness, or Barbell Club, there’s always encouragement, laughs, and support.

🚨 PROMOTION ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨
We would like to officially announce that Christine Crawley has officially been promoted from Private to Lance Corporal after surviving the absolute chaos that is Valour Fit… especially the 6AM sessions 🫡😂
Christine first joined us through our Mums & Tots classes and has worked her way up through the ranks into our regular classes like an absolute machine 👏
She’s now a regular in our Functional Fitness and Sweat sessions, and somehow… against all odds… has even taken to running like a gazelle 🦌😜
(Which is quite concerning considering most people join Valour Fit trying to AVOID running 👀😂)
Since joining, her progress has been unreal:
💪 Strength has massively improved
🔥 Lost weight
⚡️ Toned up loads
🧠 Confidence and fitness levels through the roof
She’s also one of the elite level lunatics that voluntarily attends the 6AM sessions ☕️🌅 which deserves its own medal at this point.
Christine is proof that consistency really does pay off. She turns up, works hard, has a laugh, and gets the job done every single week 👊

That’s our squat strength cycle officially wrapped up 👏
The effort, consistency and numbers over the last few weeks have been unreal from everyone involved 💪

The main focus of the next block will be building serious strength and confidence in the Push Press 👊

Promotion time again at Valour Fit… and this one is proof that hard work, consistency, and a questionable sense of humour can actually pay off 😜
A massive congratulations to Bill Taggart on his promotion from Lance Corporal to Corporal 👏👏👏
Bill has continued to throw himself into every session since joining the Valour ranks, bringing big energy, hard work, and the kind of determination that makes everyone around him work harder too. Whether it’s a tough workout, a barbell session, or pure suffering on the machines… Bill always shows up ready for battle.
As a proud Royal Engineers Veteran, Bill is once again proving that he’s good at building things… this time it’s strength, fitness, and probably an unhealthy addiction to conditioning workouts 😅
The promotions are coming thick and fast now, and the rumours are already starting… is General Taggart the end goal? Or will the pressure of higher rank finally get to him? 🤔

SAVE THE DATE 🚨
On Saturday 13th June I’ll be taking on a 12 Hour Hero WOD Challenge to raise money for PIPS Su***de Prevention Ireland 💙
For 12 straight hours I’ll be completing 1 Hero Workout every single hour in support of PTSD Awareness Month and Men’s Mental Health Month.
The full workout timeline is now released 👊
These are the exact workouts I’ll be taking on throughout the day — from Chad at 0800 right through to finishing with Murph at 1900.
Everyone is welcome to come down, support, and join in any of the workouts throughout the day. Every workout will have scalable options available so absolutely anyone can take part regardless of fitness level.
Whether you jump into 1 workout or stay all day, every rep helps raise awareness and funds for an incredible cause.
