Canoed 16km down The Wensum and River Yare. Got stuck in a river bush while in a canoe in The Wensum.π€£ Visited 7 great pubs with 20 really lovely people. All to, importantly, celebrate the 40th birthday of my not so younger brother. π«ΆπΌ Back to work tomorrow (promise).
Didn't expect to have so much fun putting a 60-70s playlist together for a seated exercise class I am delivering later today!
