Each session includes restorative stretches and breathing exercises to help you keep comfortable throughout your pregnancy and let you focus with a clearer mind.
The benefits continue into the postnatal period, helping you reconnect, restore and recover.
No previous Pilates experience necessary.
You can join from your 2nd trimester and after medical clearance from your GP or midwife.
