Every week I have lots of conversations with clients. Conversations are a big part of what coaching is about. Asking questions, listening to the answer and then being able to help that client take the next step from where they are.
Sometimes itâs perspective shifts, other times implementing different ways to approach something or making small tweaks to what they may be struggling with to allow them to keep showing up.
Small repeated habits compound and everything takes time.
But the goal is to help them to keep showing up, so they can see it all pay off and actually create the change they want.

Training is not a short term thing. Itâs a life long element that can be fun and meaningful done in the right way.
Sometimes we need to think about it differently in order to get a different outcome than what we currently have.
Intention goes a long way.

In an industry that is often promoting more
More workouts.â¨Greater intensity.
Bigger goals.
More is not always better.
If youâre wanting to get strong, you need to train hard but you also have to be able to recover.
Do what youâre doing well, with intensity and enjoyment. Refine and streamline đ¤đ˝
You will never get to a point of strength that you donât have to work for it (sadly đĽ˛). Itâs a continuous effort overtime so finding a way for it to fit your life week in/out and give back what you put in is imperative.
Get stronger and enjoy the process doing it.
