In House Fitness is now Fix Up!

So why the change? Fix Up! is going to offer more than just personal training sessions. There will be a new focus on helping clients with cooking and nutrition as well as exercise.

Meal kits will be available to purchase in the New Year, as well as the chance to enrol in my 10 week weight loss programme.
