While preparing my Pilates class programme on Sunday for the week ahead, I came across an interesting article about Joseph Pilates and his Greek roots.

Sunday's insta inspiration
I’ve always loved to contemplate.
As a child, without knowing it - drawn to nature, to the quiet life of small, fragile things.
Today I watched this insta compilation on repeat.
Insignificant, maybe.
Sacred, somehow.
I think those who carry sadness or solitude
are better at noticing what others pass by.
Perhaps it’s a divine gaze - on time, on stillness, on the unnoticed.
There’s a quiet joy in realising that these odd, fleeting moments become reflection, become art,
for others too.

I’m excited to finally share that I’ve joined HITIO Orpington as a new Pilates instructor!
