Don’t get us wrong… seeing Agapi 7kg down, more confident, stronger and standing there with abs she never thought she’d have is incredible ❤️

But the longer we coach, the more we’ve realised the real transformation is rarely just the photo.

Yes Agapi’s journey started with weight loss and wanting to feel more comfortable in her body again. Her low energy was impacting every area of her life and exercise simply felt like a punishment.

But somewhere along the way, it became bigger than that.

She stopped seeing fitness as something she had to “be good at” for a few weeks… and started building a lifestyle she could actually live. One that worked for her whilst travelling to make memories with friends around the world.

That’s why we wanted to create…
