May’s superstar of the month⭐️
What an incredible woman! 🤩
Sammie has always been a hard working member. She puts her head down, gives everything her best effort and takes on every challenge that comes her way.
Not only is Sammie a dedicated member, but she maintained that same commitment throughout her entire pregnancy - even taking part in the CrossFit Open! 💪
One Tuesday, Sammie was in our endurance class and a few days later she had given birth! 😃 Her determination to keep training throughout her pregnancy is truly inspiring and she has been fortunate to maintain a great level of fitness along the way.
We speak on behalf of everyone when we say how proud and amazed we are of you, Sammie. Your dedication, strength, and positivity has been incredible to witness.
