โHi, Iโm Laura, a mum and yoga teacher passionate about the importance of slowing down and reconnecting with yourself. After years of working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, I understand how stress and constant cortisol can impact both the mind and body. Yoga became a way for me to regulate my emotions, find balance again and create space to breathe. My classes are designed to help you switch off from the outside world, move in a way that feels good for your body, and leave feeling calmer, lighter and more groundedโ

Meet Dave he is here to kick of your week with Monday mornings at 6:30am!
โ I came to yoga through my background in running and dance, looking for a way to balance my high-impact training with deep stretching, strength work, and a greater sense of calm. More than a decade later, yoga continues to be a grounding and rejuvenating part of my life, and I love being able to share that experience through accessible vinyasa classes that weave together strength, mobility, balance, and mindfulness. My teaching encourages students of all levels to explore movement in a supportive, light-hearted way, with plenty of options offered throughout class. I believe yoga should leave you feeling calm, connected, and empowered, and I like adding the occasional (optional) cheeky arm balance or inversion for those who fancy a challenge. โ
