This week I’ve been seeing people with physical issues that were linked to old emotions. Clear the emotions and the physical discomfort goes. I’ve also been doing lots of rebalancing of all sorts of systems: the endocrine system, thyroid, liver and gut. Even my lovely client who turned up and said there was nothing wrong went away amazed at how much came up and got balanced for her. One more week till my final exams … then I will be putting my prices up from the current student rate so if you have been in the fence thinking to give this a go now is the time to grab a bargain!

We are very pleased to announce that Yogacharini Kalavathi Devi will be returning to World Yoga Festival this year!
Yogacharini Kalavathi Devi is a dedicated student of Yogacharya Dr Ananda Bhavani as well as a senior teacher from the Gitananda Yoga Paramparai of which he is currently the Acharya. In 1999 Kalavathi took the 6 months intensive residential Yoga Teacher Training course at Swami Gitananda’s ashram, Ananda Ashram, ICYER, in Pondicherry, South India. On completion of her training she was given the name Kalavathi Devi (because of her love of the arts) and the title Yogacharini, one who is qualified to teach yoga. Kalavathi has taught yoga classes without a break since her return from her initial training.
