We’ve added a Trap (Hex) Bar to the gym!

This versatile bar is one of the best tools for building strength, power, and muscle while being more joint-friendly than many traditional barbell movements.

Why it’s great:
✅ Easier on the lower back compared to conventional deadlifts
✅ More natural lifting position with neutral grips
✅ Great for beginners and experienced lifters alike
