And the boss of the month for September is……..🥁

Jaine Whitty!!🎉

Jaine has only been part of our small group training crew for three months, but you’d never know it. From day one, she has completely embraced the group, the training and the early starts. ⏰

Her consistency has been amazing and seeing her turn up for those 6am sessions with a smile, a positive attitude and a great training ethic is exactly what makes her such a deserving winner. 🏆

What has been particularly impressive is the progression she has already made. During our recent test week, Jaine showed some awesome improvements, proving that her hard work and consistency are really starting to pay off. 💪🏼

I also love how naturally Jaine has slotted into the group. She has become a familiar and valued part of the crew, bringing great energy to every session.⚡️

Most importantly, she has made SGT a non-negotiable staple in her weekly routine and that consistency is what creates lasting results.😊

Well done Jaine, you’re absolutely smashing it! Keep showing up, keep smiling and keep putting in the work. 👏

And the boss of the month for August is ……🥁

Maggie Black

Maggie has only been with us for two months but in that short time she has already made a huge impression. She has consistently attended at least four sessions a week, showing an incredible level of commitment and dedication to her goals. 🥅

What makes Maggie’s achievement even more impressive is that she recently had an accident at work and badly sprained her wrist. For many people, an injury like that could have been the perfect excuse to stop, take a break and give up for a while. 🤕

But not Maggie!

Instead, she has remained incredibly consistent and determined, and together we’ve adapted her sessions and worked around her injury to keep her moving safely and progressing. Her attitude, resilience and willingness to keep showing up have been truly inspiring.😲

Maggie is a fantastic example of what consistency, determination and a “no excuses” mindset can achieve. Despite her injury, she has continued to show up, put the work in and make the most of every session. 💪🏼

Congratulations Maggie, a well deserved BOTM 🥇

And the boss of the month for June is…..🥁

Lisa Cater 🥳

Lisa has been part of the SGT family for around two years and it’s safe to say that the 6am sessions have become a key part of her weekly routine, rain or shine ☀️☔️

If you know Lisa, you’ll know there was one thing you could almost guarantee... when it came to the finisher, she’d be off with the classic line: “I’ve got to get back to sort the kids for school!” 😂

This month though, there might of been a bit of verbal abuse in my direction but there have been no excuses! she has stayed for the finishers, embraced every challenge, and shown a level of commitment that’s been brilliant to see 💪🏼

She’s been lifting heavier, moving faster and swearing louder than ever at me🤣, pushing herself outside her comfort zone, and proving that real progress comes from challenging yourself 💯

It’s not just the extra effort at the end of sessions that’s impressed us, it’s the confidence she’s built and the strength she’s developed. She’s a great example of what consistency, commitment, and trusting the process can achieve 📋

Lisa, I’m incredibly proud of everything you’ve accomplished this month. Thank you for bringing the energy to the 6am crew along with the dark humour 😂 and for showing that stepping outside your comfort zone is where the magic happens no matter how long you’ve been training 📆

Well final sports day at juniors for the Donster and he was awesome and this meant final Dads race for me….

And I got the win 🙌🏃🏻💨 come oooon!!🤣

Sad not to be attending these anymore after next year tho, end of an era!

But a pretty good ending if you ask me 🤷🏻‍♂️😂

Our Boss of the month for April is…….. 🥁

James Marshall💪🔥

James has been a valued client for around eight years now and has been part of the HQ since day one 🗓️

His consistency over the years has been second to none, with training becoming a non negotiable part of his weekly routine and overall structure. ✅

What’s been especially impressive is how he’s elevated things over the past couple of months and has truly dialled in. 📞

His nutrition has been on point, his focus has sharpened, and he’s been consistently hitting 3 to 4 sessions per week. This renewed commitment has taken his progress to another level. 📈

As a result, James has lost 5kg of body fat while maintaining his strength and fitness, which is no small feat. 🏋🏼

It’s a testament to his experience, discipline, and willingness to keep improving even after all these years. 👍🏼

James embodies what long term consistency looks like and more importantly, how pushing that extra gear still delivers results. 🙏

We’re incredibly proud to have had him with us from the very beginning 👊
