And the boss of the month for June is…..🥁
Lisa Cater 🥳
Lisa has been part of the SGT family for around two years and it’s safe to say that the 6am sessions have become a key part of her weekly routine, rain or shine ☀️☔️
If you know Lisa, you’ll know there was one thing you could almost guarantee... when it came to the finisher, she’d be off with the classic line: “I’ve got to get back to sort the kids for school!” 😂
This month though, there might of been a bit of verbal abuse in my direction but there have been no excuses! she has stayed for the finishers, embraced every challenge, and shown a level of commitment that’s been brilliant to see 💪🏼
She’s been lifting heavier, moving faster and swearing louder than ever at me🤣, pushing herself outside her comfort zone, and proving that real progress comes from challenging yourself 💯
It’s not just the extra effort at the end of sessions that’s impressed us, it’s the confidence she’s built and the strength she’s developed. She’s a great example of what consistency, commitment, and trusting the process can achieve 📋
Lisa, I’m incredibly proud of everything you’ve accomplished this month. Thank you for bringing the energy to the 6am crew along with the dark humour 😂 and for showing that stepping outside your comfort zone is where the magic happens no matter how long you’ve been training 📆

Well final sports day at juniors for the Donster and he was awesome and this meant final Dads race for me….
And I got the win 🙌🏃🏻💨 come oooon!!🤣
Sad not to be attending these anymore after next year tho, end of an era!
But a pretty good ending if you ask me 🤷🏻♂️😂

Our Boss of the month for April is…….. 🥁
James Marshall💪🔥
James has been a valued client for around eight years now and has been part of the HQ since day one 🗓️
His consistency over the years has been second to none, with training becoming a non negotiable part of his weekly routine and overall structure. ✅
What’s been especially impressive is how he’s elevated things over the past couple of months and has truly dialled in. 📞
His nutrition has been on point, his focus has sharpened, and he’s been consistently hitting 3 to 4 sessions per week. This renewed commitment has taken his progress to another level. 📈
As a result, James has lost 5kg of body fat while maintaining his strength and fitness, which is no small feat. 🏋🏼
It’s a testament to his experience, discipline, and willingness to keep improving even after all these years. 👍🏼
James embodies what long term consistency looks like and more importantly, how pushing that extra gear still delivers results. 🙏
