Hi all, just a quick reminder to please bring your water bottles and a small towel/flannel to class tomorrow. It looks like it is going to be a rather warm one! We will, of course be taking it (reasonably 😉) easy and having regular water breaks. Looking forward to seeing you all 😊 x

Not tried Dancefit yet? What are you waiting for?! Although it is aimed at people 50+, EVERYONE is welcome at this friendly, non judgemental, feel good class. If you want to exercise at YOUR own pace and not even realise you are exercising, this is the class for you!! Our cheesy tunes will have you moving and grooving. All you need is a bottle of water, some comfy trainers and a big smile 😄. (If you are slightly nuts, that helps too 🙃😉🤣).
Tuesday and Friday mornings at Aycliffe Village Hall 10.15-11.15. £5.00 per class. Feel free to stop after class and enjoy a cuppa and natter too 😊☕️.

Happy Sunday everyone. I am considering putting another Dancefit class on at Aycliffe Village Hall on either a Monday afternoon (time tbc), Thursday morning (same time), or Thursday afternoon (time tbc). Just putting it out there for anyone that may be interested. If you have never been before and fancy giving it a go, why not pop along to our Tuesday or Friday morning classes (10.15-11.15). A fun non judgemental class suitable for everyone. Work at YOUR level. Fun and laughter guaranteed 😊
