Dates for your diaries for the rest of 2025:
Classes as normal Wednesday 19th and Friday 21st November.
No classes Wednesday 26th, Friday 28th or Wednesday 3rd December.
Classes as normal Friday 5th, Wednesday 10th, Friday 12th and last session before Xmas is Wednesday 17th. We will then be on a break until January.

Some of you may know that I am heavily involved in this event. It's all about raising awareness of the support available for those struggling with mental health (particualrly men)or suffering loss due to the same. Tickets are now on sale at £25, arrival drink included. Over 16s obly. Speak to me in class if you want more info x
