If you look back to January, are you where you hoped you’d be?

For a lot of people, the answer is no.
Not because they don’t care.
Not because they’re lazy.
Not because they don’t know what to do.

Usually it’s because they’ve been trying to do it all on their own.

There’s still plenty of time left this year to make a change.

This is why doing it on your own feels harder.
It’s not that you don’t know what to do - train a few times a week, eat a bit better, be more consistent.

But knowing what to do
 and actually doing it consistently are two very different things.

And before you know it, you’re back where you started.
That’s where accountability changes everything.

Having someone there to guide you, keep you on track and adjust things when life gets busy makes a huge difference.
