So it's finally out, this is the new name and brand logo for this strength & fitness class.
One week to go.
This isn’t just another fitness class.
The SHft was created from lived experience after my own battle with testicular cancer and the lack of support that followed.
If you’re a man who’s survived cancer, or you’ve been affected by cancer through someone you love, this space is for you.
No pressure. No judgement. Just movement, brotherhood and support.
