Transformation is rarely about a single workout. It’s about the boring, everyday habits that add up. 📈

My client Jodie is proof of what happens when you commit to the process. We didn’t look for shortcuts, we looked for a sustainable rhythm. As we were working through lower back issues we combined reformer pilates courtesy of diet and weight training weekly. The result? A leaner, more athletic physique and, more importantly, the confidence to match the holiday views!

When Gill first started, her goal was simple: Getting stronger. She wasn’t chasing a number on the scale or a specific type of body. She was trying to increase her longevity. Fast forward to today, and the results speak for themselves:

Strength: Now deadlifting and hip thrusting over 100kg (an absolute powerhouse! 🏋️‍♀️).

Consistency: Hitting 15k+ steps every single day and fueling her body right.

Despite weight loss not being the primary goal, she has also dropped 5 dress sizes.

We don’t have “before” photos because, honestly, we were too busy focused on the work. But the “now” photos tell the whole story. Proof that when you focus on getting strong and moving and fuelling well, your body follows suit.

So proud of you, Gill! 👏👏👏

Little bit of a life update, earlier this week my wife Hannah gave birth to our baby daughter Poppy. The only way to announce this properly in true dungeon fashion was with a transformation picture 😂

The most amazing and proud moment of my life and I genuinely couldn’t be happier. Hannah and Poppy are both doing great and can’t wait to show her off to all of my lovely clients.

Massive thank you to Hannah who has been perfect through the whole thing, just when you think you couldn’t love someone anymore.

Normal service will be resumed on the week commencing 17th November. I will message around to confirm appointments with everyone, thank you again for everyone’s continued support!

Massive well done to Carole and Helen who started in the Dungeon in March earlier this year. After 8 months of consistency, they have both made outstanding progress and have managed to completely transform their bodies.

Their consistency and effort in both sessions and outside of the gym has been amazing. Being more consistent and mindful with their food as well as doing weekly park runs where their time is improving week after week. A real reminder that consistency is key and that hard work pays off, well done ladies!

Amazing work from who’s been travelling Australia during this transformation. The left pictures are from January 2025 and right are from September 2025. Ross has religiously been using the dungeon app for his workouts and being mindful to hit protein goals throughout the week. Massive growth in muscle mass throughout this time. Ross was one of my first clients on the app and it’s safe to say he’s absolutely smashing it.
