Now that i have your attention,lets discuss a serious matter!
SLAMMING OF MACHINES AND CABLES!
This first quarter of 2026 has see our highest repair bill since we have opened.Anyone who continues to unnecessarily slam machines / weights and cables,will be banned.No excuses.This is getting old now.
Do we expect you to place the weights and machines down βGentlyβ Of course not,it a gym! But,slamming down machines excessively will not be tolerated.Respect the Equipment!
EXCESSIVE SCREAMING!
If you are training hard,you are going to make some noise.Sometimes a lot of noise.BUT,you donβt need to scream at the top of your lungs.
If i am out the back in my office on zoom call or meeting,and i can hear you LOUDLY from back there.You are being TOO LOUD!
We have had members complaints Regarding this.TONE IT DOWN A NOTCH! Save the oxygen you are wasting for another fee reps!
If anyone fees these requests are too much to ask,please discuss it with me personally.
