Why should you put your trust in me?

I am a level 3 qualified PT but also have a degree in Strength & Conditioning. I have years of experience in the industry, working with all level of persons right up to the elite stage. Main S&C experiences include Rugby/Hockey and CrossFit.

I’ve played Rugby since I was 7 so have a huge understanding for the game. Unfortunately injuries took over and this is where I discovered my passion for CrossFit. I have experience in competing which saw a team of us compete at the European Championships last year.

Whether you’re new to fitness, bored of your routine, wanting to try something new, aiming to get preseason fit, looking to brush up on skills/lifts or any other specific goals, let me help you on your way. All abilities welcome!

My methodology includes modern techniques, but I also enjoy reverting back into practical examples….hence the bale flipping!

The ultimate aim I want from fitness is enjoyment.

💥Group Sessions💥

Fancy taking your training to the next level?

The time has finally come, the stage has been set and we are excited to be able to launch our group sessions as soon as next week (24/10/2022)!!

As an introduction we will begin with 3 sessions per week at the times stated. However, we will be looking to add to these in the near future, depending on levels of popularity/demand.

The focus will be on functional/farm style fitness. You will be exposed to many exercise that you have never tried before. All we ask is you turn up and work hard, what ever the weather!

This is no ordinary gym, like farming we want to battle the elements, rain or shine we get the job done.

What to expect?

Monday/Friday: 
sessions will include; strength building, metabolic conditioning, odd object movements, varied carries and much more. The focus of these are to build the best/most robust version of you, ready to tackle the demands of everyday life💪🏻 the aim is to create a fun friendly environment where we can bring the best out of one another.

Wednesday (strongman): 
our strongman specific class will purely be on strength gain. Whether you’re a seasoned pro, or never tried strongman training, it doesn’t matter what experience you’ve had. Strongman will include movements such as; Yoke Carries, Farmers Carry, varied Sandbag movements, Sled Pulls/Push, Tyre Flips/Carries and much more. If you’re looking to develop raw strength we’d recommend these.

Supplementing this we have plenty of 121 slots as well as small group sessions available (max 6 per session) where the cost can be split between you.

All sessions will be based at Lathys Farm.
