Leg day including bench lunges and deadlifts amongst other things and then finished off with these.
Elevated heels banded wall sit. Three rounds of 60 secs each.
This was filmed on my last set.
I'm off to vomit now.

Today was a drag my arse and do my best kind of day.
A mid week slump. Tired. Sore. The weather was annoying me. Felt like I was trying to juggle too many things.
I very nearly wrote a workout off. But I ain't no quitter π so whilst I didn't manage my weight session. I did manage a 30 minute low impact, steady state cardio session keeping my heart rate in zone 2 for maximum fat burning πͺ
Tomorrow is a new day. Tomorrow I'll try again βΊοΈ
Right...it's official because BBC have reported it π

Leg day was as bad as I thought it would be π€’
Oh man the DOMs from yesterday's first weighted session in two weeks is hitting hard π±

I just wanted to share this YouTube channel with you all. Get fit with Rick.
I love this guy. He does a low impact step "aerobic" class on his channel that gets your step count in without leaving the house.
It's great exercise, not intense and gets your steps up which I know a lot of you struggle with particularly in winter when it's dark outside.
Go check him out. I often do some of his stuff in my un**es before I shower to get my steps in ππ€£
