After not being able to fit comfortably in a suit, i turnt to Hollie in hope of guidance of getting my body to a better place. As a female personal trainer (and a woman who gets it), let me tell you this: your period is not a setbackāitās a different setting.
Movement during your cycle doesnāt have to be intense, sweaty, or āpush through the painā energy. Sometimes itās just stretching, walking, light strength, or a slow flow that makes you feel human again.

I first went to Hollie when I was deep in the trenches of perimenopause. Iād just started HRT, felt rubbish in my body, had low strength, low muscle definition, low motivation, and honestly just wasnāt feeling great about myself at all.
I trained with Hollie consistently for a year and it completely changed how I felt ⦠physically and mentally. My strength improved beyond anything I expected, my confidence came back, and I genuinely got my vibe back. Hollie built a programme that worked for me, not some generic PT plan. MY CURREMT TOP 4 BACK EXERCISES
1. Mag Grip Lat Pulldown - great for beginners learning form and for focusing on the movement instead of your grip
2. Rope Pullovers - Possibly my favourite exercise to get a lat pump (also love supersetting it)
3. Kneeling Single Arm Pulldown - almost guaranteed to feel the lats working for those that struggle to feel them working
4. Chest Support Single Arm Cable Row - allows you to focus on the movement and not keeping yourself up without being pulled by the weight
