Thank you WKKA England for having me this weekend. We must always find time to train karate, especially when there are obstacles!
Jim and Joe, you both taught me new techniques which I will train and practice in future classes. Thank you very much!
Jim, thank you for the hard training. We must be remind ourselves that we can endure and succeed even when times are difficult and painful, I felt this in training.👊🏻
With the correct mind everything is possible!
I look forward to the next time OSU! 👊🏻

International karate day! We did kata Saifa 100 times!💯🥋
Saifa I believe means something like “to completely pull apart / destroy” - a very fitting kata!💥🥵
We learned a new kata.
We learned about ourselves, our determination.
I learned people are power, energy. We helped each other continue, not to give up!👊🏻
Picture of young Kahn is true budo spirit 💪🏻
A sensational experience! Countdown to next year⏳

2024 Sweden Gasshuku was amazing!
We were taught katas Seisan, Matsumura Seisan and Ananko all with their respective bunkai.
Many kata checkpoints means there still lots of training to do when we head home to Glasgow.
Thank you to everyone who made the Gasshuku what is was.
There can be no pleasure without suffering!
See you soon in Belgium 👊🏻

Congratulations to those who passed their exams!
Our kids are doing a fantastic job learning the fundamentals of karate.
We are all on this journey together. Some of us have less experience and some have more.
What matters most is the effort and dedication you put into studying your art.
Thank you for the continual support from family and friends. Without you we wouldn’t have the best club!
Continue training hard guys 👊🏻
