February had one agenda: stay booked, stay busy, keep building. Last month wasn’t just workouts, it was movement with purpose & setting time for my own movement.
As the face behind BodyBlastByGb, I don’t just coach it… I live it. BodyBlastByGb isn’t just a brand, it’s my why. I don’t want to just help people get fit; I want to help them build a healthy + fit lifestyle that lasts. Every early/late night session, every session plan I write,every weight session, every sweaty workout is part of the standard I set for myself and for my community.
February was about:
🔥 Showing up even when it’s hard.
💪🏽 Training with intention.
📈 Elevating the brand by elevating myself.
If I’m asking my clients to push, grow, and level up, I’m doing it too.
I also spent some time in England being the guest instructor at & participating in workouts-loved every second.
March? We build louder. With some NEW classes added too 🩰 🚀

New month mindset, What are we really training for?
It’s something we don’t always stop to ask.
Are we training to:
• Feel constantly tired?
• Compare ourselves to everyone else?
• Chase results we can’t realistically maintain?
Or are we training to:
• Feel stronger and more capable in everyday life?
• Have energy for work, family, and the things we enjoy?
• Build confidence in what our bodies?
• Create habits we can stick to for years-not just weeks?
At BodyBlastByGb, training isn’t about going all-out and burning out. It’s about finding a routine you enjoy, can sustain, and that fits into your real life.
Because real progress comes from showing up consistently, not perfectly.
Train in a way that supports your life and keeps you moving long term.

Feeling the “new year, new me” pressure?
You don’t have to.
This time of year can feel heavy. Everyone on social media looks fired up, disciplined, motivated… like they’ve suddenly got their life together.
Don’t be fooled.
Winter is hard.
It’s hard to prioritise movement when you’re overwhelmed, running on empty, stuck in fight-or-flight, or still trying to rebalance after Christmas chaos.
And that’s okay.
You don’t need to wait for the perfect time.
You just need a path that works with your life.
It’s about balance.
About building a routine you can actually maintain all year round ,not cutting everything out in January to “burn off” December.
If you’re feeling sluggish or disconnected from your body, start with something that feels good.
Movement shouldn’t feel like punishment. It should help you feel stronger, energised, powerful and more connected to yourself. Sometimes that means slowing things down, focusing on control, changing it up to what feels good for you.
That’s exactly what BodyBlastByGb is about.
A supportive community where like-minded women come together whether in person or in our chats to grow and feel better, physically and mentally. No judgement. No pressure. Just women supporting women, showing up as they are, and building healthier habits together.

Signing off for the year 🤍
I’m logging out to recharge and will be back online on 4th January.
My 2026 diary is officially open ,I’ll be replying to all enquiries on the 4th and back to teaching/coaching from the 5th.
2025 has been a crazy year -full of change and packed with lessons. I hit some big milestones, including stepping into my role as a Reformer Pilates instructor 🖤 Early mornings and late sessions in the gym, studio, and outdoor bootcamps were the norm.
There were days it felt harder to show up. Things outwith my control, moments that felt different than before, missing regular clients due to location changes… but I’m constantly reminded what a privilege it is to be busy doing something I genuinely love. When I show up to work, it refuels my soul. No matter what’s going on behind the scenes, helping others move, feel stronger, and build confidence gives me so much back and that passion keeps me showing up.
Heading into 2026, I want to be more intentional. Less rushing, more grounding. Taking time to build a strong, solid foundation in my own health, my routines, and BodyBlastByGb, so everything else can grow from there. That means being more consistent with my own fitness, disconnecting a little more often, and showing up as the best version of me for my team and community.
Thank you to every single person who has worked with me and supported my business in 2025, near and far. The support online and within this little community I’ve built has truly kept me going at times, and I’m endlessly grateful 🫶

PRAMS & PILATES 👶🏼🧘🏻♀️
Proud to announce that we’re bringing the first mama-and-baby Reformer Pilates sessions to The West Of Scotland and I honestly couldn’t be more excited!
If you’re post-natal, eager to rebuild strength, but struggling to find childcare… this class is made for you. Bring your little one along and enjoy a full-body workout while spending time with your baby. Our trial session with some of my lovely clients was the perfect morning, the mamas moved, the babies chilled, and a few even got a little time on the carriage too 🍼💪
I also got lots of cuddles. 🥰
My PT business is filled with incredible mums & when I had my own gym they often brought their kids along, it became one of the most fulfilling parts of my job.Encouraging women to take time for themselves without the guilt of papping them off to someone else which is why I invested in more training within this method of movement and why launching this Prams & Pilates class means so much to me.
I always say pregnancy has 4 trimesters, and that post-natal chapter is one I’m deeply passionate about, helping women feel stronger, healthier, and more connected to their bodies after baby.
Huge thank you to my amazing friends and their gorgeous little ones for being my trial group. 🤍 & to for suppling the caffine ☕️🍵

Consistency doesn’t have a timezone. ⏰ ✈️ 4 days in Australia, 4 workouts with 🇦🇺 💪🏼
LOVE the STRONG concept, each session had a pilates-inspired flow infused with cardio +strength training to keep my body balanced, grounded & energised while my body adjusted to the timezone. 🚣🏻♀️🧘🏻♀️
Traveling across the world is one of the best reminders that discipline isn’t about circumstance. Travelling used to throw me off my routine until I realized movement isn’t tied to one place.It’s a mindset. A choice. A way of staying Strong.
Because consistency isn’t built when things are easy, it’s built when you show up anyway.�It’s the decision to move, to stay focused, and to keep your standards high no matter where you are. Movement keeps me centred, disciplined, and connected, even when surroundings change & fighting jet lag.
�Grateful to the incredible team for the warm welcome, energy, and reminder that showing up strong is universal. 🌍💪 Going out to Oz for a v.short trip isn’t easy but I made it work.
Already back in Scotland, ready to get back to clients & classes 🫶🏼

I’m gonna be real with you, fitness journeys aren’t always pretty. Since 2012 as a PT, I’ve had months (even years) of self-doubt…where I’ve felt overwhelmed, lost,not strong enough, not disciplined enough, and just myself. That weight can feel heavy & it’s almost crushed me at times but Ive kept showing up anyway. Because deep down, I know I deserve to feel strong, healthy, confident+happy & so do you. 🫶🏼
That’s why I created BodyBlastByGb, during lockdown, at a low point in my own journey. It’s built on the belief that transformation starts within.🦋 It’s not about chasing perfection or scales,it’s about becoming stronger, fitter, healthier, and most importantly, happier in yourself.
Here’s something I’ve learned the hard way: stop comparing your journey to what you see online & not everyone in your life wants to see you win. Social media is a highlight reel:angles, edits, end results. But behind every transformation are Struggles, setbacks & the messy middle no one talks about. Your journey won’t look like anyone else’s,it’s not supposed to.
You’ll have off days. Doubt. Delays. That doesn’t mean you’re failing,it means you’re growing. 🦋
Part of this is tuning out the noise: negativity, comparison, the pressure.
Ride it out.
Lock in. 🔒
Even when it’s 1 step forward, 2 steps back… it’s still progress. 💪
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about commitment. To YOU. To showing up. To trusting the process. Because you’re not just changing your body,you’re reclaiming your power.
My clients mean everything to me-in & out of the gym.Helping others and surrounding myself with an incredible team of clients has given me strength, purpose+inspiration to keep working hard.

What a month it’s been… 🐝
It really is a privilege to be busy, and I cannot thank enough for giving me the opportunity to instruct in this gorgeous studio. I’m so grateful to the Rise and Reform community for trusting me, showing up, and giving it your all on the carriage.. To the first-timers, thank you for trying something new. To the regulars, watching your progress, control, strength & your confidence grow on the reformer makes me so happy.. 💫
I truly LOVE coaching in this fitness and wellbeing space. As an instructor, I always want to put my heart and soul into each class. Each class, I aim to bring fresh energy & I want the people in front of me to feel encouraged, supported & empowered.
