👉 Friday night Hyrox workouts went up a notch.. or 5 with our very own master Hyrox trainer Carl cooking up a spicy engine builder.

👉 Saturdays have always been all about epic vibes and epic energy but this last Saturday, you guys brought a whole new level of pumped!!

👉 So much pumped vibes we had to take two pics!!

👉 Coach and owner Matt got invited to be part of the team and to show oakdale Golf course why we train functionally.. swinging into the new week with Jay, jays Dad Walt and an old friend of F45, Neil!

F45 HARROGATE RECAP!

Wowzers, what a week.. we’ve had it all going on but to celebrate just a few, this is what happened at F45 Harrogate last week..

1 - Our old coach Luke popped in to say Hi, and of course had to get his hit of F45.. it was epic having him back in session after coming all the way back for a week from Australia! ☀️ 🇦🇺

2 - Our Very own coach Alex had his debut HYROX session, and amongst others competing in Cardiff last week.. we’re all very proud of him! Well done coach Alex! 💪 😀 ⚡️

3 - Another Legend signing our 1500 classes board.. Brenda!
This shows pure dedication and commitment and as you can see by the limited names on the sign, a very VERY elite group to be part of! 🖊️ 🥇

4 - Our birthday Super ⭐️ Ange! She didn’t want to make a fuss, but at F45 Harrogate, when you train on your birthday.. we’re going to make a song and dance about it.. LITERALLY! Happy birthday to our Ange! 🎂

5 - We saw the return of our DJ Saturdays, and oh what a vibe! Tunes were popping off with DJ JR at the realm!

What a start to 2026 we’ve had already when at 5am on New Year’s Day our very own coach began the long journey to run 100k all in the wonderful aid of Prostate Cancer 💪🏽 We’re so utterly proud that Carl, with the amazing support from our members, completed his mission in 12hrs and 57mins…. he quite literally defeated the unthinkable!

Both a champion in and out of the studio, we want to share our biggest congratulations to Carl and a huge thank you to all coaches, members, friends and previous members who ran with Carl and donated to this important cause. It truly shows how strong our family and community is and we can’t wait for more of this going into 2026! 💙
