Judith enjoyed a very special morning at Seasons Garden Centre a place that reminded her of the garden centre she once owned with her late husband.

As she explored, Judith shared stories from that chapter of her life, recognised many of the plants and delighted in their colours.

A beautiful outing filled with conversation, connection and the things Judith has always loved.

Jana and Adele enjoyed a peaceful afternoon walk through Walthamstow Forest, taking in the fresh air, beautiful surroundings and each other’s company. 🌿

There were plenty of smiles, lovely conversation and little moments to enjoy along the way sometimes, time outdoors is exactly what the spirit needs.

Greenhill’s Summer Party was full of sunshine, smiles and plenty of wonderful moments. ☀️

Residents, families and colleagues enjoyed delicious party food, sweet treats, ice cream and popcorn, with lots of fun shared together throughout the day.

It was especially lovely to welcome Brenda back to the home she opened in 1988. Thank you to every family member and colleague who helped make the celebration so special.

We made the most of the final day of August with a trip to St Albans Museum + Gallery, exploring an exhibition celebrating the stories and experiences of local residents and community gardeners.

After a morning spent reading the displays, we finished our outing with coffee at Waterend Barn and discovered more about the history of this beautiful building.

We’re delighted to share that the new solar energy project at St Josephs Care Home in Tring is now complete. 🌿

The solar panels will help the home generate clean, renewable electricity, reduce its reliance on the grid and lower its environmental impact.

Running our homes more sustainably and efficiently helps us keep our resources focused where they belong: maintaining a wonderful home, supporting our dedicated team and enriching the daily lives of our residents.

35 Years of Sue at Greenhill Care Home! 🎉🌹

Today, we celebrate an extraordinary feat; Sue from Greenhill in Barnet has reached an incredible 35 years of service.

To mark this momentous occasion, B&M Care Chairman William Hughes and Lifestyle Director Janet presented Sue with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a commemorative certificate celebrating her phenomenal achievement. 💐

For 34 years, Sue devoted herself to supporting residents as a Care Assistant. Over the past year, she has continued making an invaluable contribution as a Domestic Assistant bringing the same detail and dedication to everything she does.

Sue isn’t simply part of the Greenhill team, she is woven into its history. She is an integral and deeply loved colleague, a familiar face within the community and an amazing person who has touched countless lives throughout her remarkable career.

Thirty-five years. Countless memories. One truly exceptional woman.

Sue, we are more grateful than words can say for everything you have given to our residents, families and colleagues. B&M Care is incredibly proud and extraordinarily lucky to have had you by our side for so long.
