Join us on your favourite Woodend pony for some fun this summer. Includes lots of pony time, an hour group jump lesson & hands on horse care and management. Riders must at least be competent in canter.

Here are a few more details on a couple of our events;

🦄Mini Own A Pony
Running from 12 - 2pm on Wednesday, this is aimed at all riders who are looking to get a little bit more time with our ponies and learn more on how to lead, brush and tack up! A 30 minute lesson is included and is suitable for all novice and intermediate riders. Minimum age is 5 years old, we have hats available to borrow, but all riders MUST wear long trousers and wellies or boots and bring along a jacket and a drink (suncream to be worn if weather is looking good).

🐴Weekend Hangout
We are bringing back our weekend hangout on a trial basis! From 2.30pm - 5pm. This is aimed at our more experienced riders who are confident and competent enough to handle and tack up by themselves. The hangout includes up to 1 hour of riding and there will be experienced staff on hand for help, but this is NOT a structured lesson. Riders will have the option of learning more about any off-horse skills as well - you just have to let us know what you would like to learn! Skipping out and turning your horse out will be the riders responsibility and a team effort between participants.

A very very sad day today for everyone here at woodend when we had to say a final goodbye to our very own legend sammi 🥹

Sammi was so amazing and he could literally do it all, forever trustworthy, reliable, genuine, goofy and lovable all rolled into one and we have all been so extremely blessed to have had him as part of our family ❤️

He has looked after so many riders over the years, gave us his all and won many, many hearts who tonight are a little bit broken 🥹 at the loss of our truly beautiful boy❤️

If anyone has any special memories or pictures of Sammi, we would love you to share them with us ❤️
