The Ace Boxing Academy was founded by Carl Wallace a boxing trainer with more than fifteen years experience within the boxing world. He has trained amateur, white collar and semi pro boxers, boxing is his passion.we aim for every individual to fulfil their full potential whether it is just to increase ones fitness,or to learn the Nobel art of boxing

we at The ABA look forward to you joining us, to either get your self fit, or fitter than you already are. Boxing training is a proven way to help with stress relief, concentration, discipline, confidence, and self esteem and all round well being. The ABA encourage men and women to come join us for a real authentic boxing experience, from the complete novice to the more experienced ones of you. All you need to get started is a pair of boxing wraps, normal training gear shorts, or track bottoms tee shirt comfortable sports foot wear bottle of water (a must) and a towel. we also believe in creating a nice friendly atmosphere, and vibe at our boxing sessions hence we always play up-tempo music to get you into the right frame of mind to train. Also recommend you get to the gym 15 min before class starts to get yourself prepared,

so don't delay come and try us out we are sure you wont be disappointed.
