I use the number system to teach the fundamentals of Boxing 🥊 I find it very very useful & effective for all age groups and abilities if you like to learn more about it, come join us mondays2Fridays 4-6pm no joining fees or memberships pay as you train all you need is a pair of hand wraps (sports direct) & a towel you will be sweating lots & change of clothing.
