That’s not a bold claim, it’s just what happens when you’re part of the culture here at CrossFit Ancoats.
Over this training phase there were 137 PR’s hit!
We record your lifts, your times, your benchmarks. Because data proves progress, and progress provides motivation.
Seeing a lift go up by 10kg over three months, or watching a benchmark time drop. That’s what keeps you disciplined when the motivation dips.
