Our under 11’s had the privilege of taking penalty's at half time at the Riverside last night. Making memories is what it's all about ⚽️🔵⚪️🔵⚪️⚽️

💙🤍 One of our managers and his wife are scheduled to do the ibiza half marathon on the 18th april 2026 all in aid for Teeside Hospice. This is in memory of the the late Andy Murray who sadly passed away in November last year. Andy was one of our own who absolutely loved watching Whinney Banks on a Sunday morning. As a club we are so proud of Jonny Thompson and his wife Rachel doing this for such a great charity. 💙🤍

Paul’s family and friends proudly donate this life saving Defibrillator to Whinney Banks Ycc Football Club.

20 years ago, Paul Leach was playing the game he loved when he sadly collapsed on the pitch after suffering a cardiac arrest.

Each week at least 12 young people lose their lives to undiagnosed heart conditions in the UK.

“We never had access to defibrillators then and so we never had a chance to save Paul. We want to make sure every young kid playing grassroots football in Middlesbrough has access to a defib and testing for underlying heart conditions.”

Everyone at Whinney Banks want to sincerely thank Paul’s amazing family and friends for donating this life saving equipment in loving memory of Paul Leach ❤️🔵⚪️
