Hyundai i20n system alteration

A recent refinement to the custom exhaust system involved fitting a larger silencer to reduce overall noise levels and improve driving comfort. The result is a more controlled and refined exhaust note while retaining the character and performance-oriented sound of the original setup. The balance between sound quality and everyday usability is now much improved, making the system better suited to both daily driving and longer journeys.

This Alfa Romeo Giulia came in looking for a more aggressive sound and a sportier appearance, and the results speak for themselves.

The factory single-exit exhaust setup was replaced with a custom twin-exit rear silencer, delivering a deeper, more refined exhaust note and a stronger road presence. To complete the transformation, we also fitted a twin-exit carbon rear diffuser, perfectly complementing the new exhaust layout and giving the rear of the vehicle a much more performance-focused look.

Škoda Rapid – OEM Clamp Replacement

This Škoda Rapid was in today for the replacement of a worn clamp with a genuine OEM component.

While often overlooked, clamps play an important role in maintaining the integrity of the vehicle's systems, ensuring secure connections and helping to prevent leaks or future reliability issues. Replacing worn or damaged components with OEM parts helps maintain factory standards and long-term dependability.

Hyundai i30 N – Cooling System Refresh

Hyundai i30 N received a cooling system service, including a full coolant replacement and the installation of Forge Motorsport silicone coolant hoses.

The upgraded Forge hoses provide improved durability and resistance to heat and pressure compared to the factory rubber components, helping to ensure long-term reliability and consistent cooling system performance.

Preventative maintenance and quality upgrades are essential for keeping performance vehicles operating at their best, and this is another step towards maintaining the car to a high standard.

and Ragazzon Group N rear silencer fitted for Much deeper tone

Focus st250 back in for removing the horrendous Gravity system that was catching and very poorly made,
By time he drove it home he hated it,

So he purchased the Scorpion sports Cat and Non res system
New OEM Turbo clamp and Gasket supplied too.

Car left sounding way better, even gave it a quick decontamination wash as was full of Bird Crap
