Two Cab Direct Championship matches in less than 24 hours! 🔥

First up, racing returns to the Ecco Arena this Friday as the Redcar Agilia Bears take on the Glasgow Tigers.

With the likes of Chris ‘Bomber’ Harris and Leon Flint in town, it’s set to be a fantastic night of racing! 🏁

Then it’s a quick bike wash before we head across the A66 to Workington for Saturday’s fixture.

And there’s more, the Workington Comets will be showing the Speedway World Cup in the bar after the meeting! 🌎🏆

It’s a BIG weekend for the Bears. 🔴⚫️

So close! The Bears were defeated 46-44 against the Bandits, in a match that went down to a nail-biting Heat 15 decider.

The boys battled hard all night long. 👏

But it’s not all doom and gloom – the Bears grabbed the all-important bonus point, winning 91-89 over the two matches.

Huge shoutout to all the Bears faithful who made the trip up the A1 tonight 🙌

‼️ Live speedway returns to the Ecco Arena next Friday (28th) when the Glasgow Tigers roll into town.

No home meeting tonight as we get ready to head up the A1 and take on the Berwick Bandits tomorrow evening (Sat 22nd).

Championship points are up for grabs, with the Bandits fielding their usual 1-7.

🐻 The Bears will be without No.2 Jake Mulford, who is heading to Germany to compete in the FIM Long Track World Championship. As a result, the Bears will be running Rider Replacement.
