We all have our individual struggles when it comes to our physique goals

But for the most part, we’re all pretty similar and we all struggle with the same things

That’s why it’s so important to make sure your environment is set up to actually grow and see progress ✅

When you speak to people who are on the same journey as you, your all trying to use fitness in a way to positively impact your life

I promise we didn’t have a gun held behind the camera 👀

One of our online client’s Tracey has very kindly completed a video talking about her time on the programme so far

If your weight isn’t dropping

You aren’t getting leaner visually

Your always losing and gaining the same few lbs

You will probably blame yourself

You think it’s all your fault and you are meant to be out of shape

Although I do think to some degree it is your doing…

(Flash back to last weekend when you nailed a full bag of doritos on the sofa 👀)

Not all of it is

When it comes to achieving your body transformation goals

Drop the timber, get lean, maybe see your abs or build some muscle in them key areas

Your environment is everything

You become who you are around

You will become what you think

So if your around negative people, and you think your meant to be out of shape, and there’s no support

That will become a reality

But if you flip that

If your around people that believe you can do it

If you regularly talk about your goals and how your getting on

If you recieve the right support, accountability and guidance

Pretty soon, it will become a reality

So this is your sign to change your environment

If you look the exact same as you did 6-12 months ago, something needs to change

Whenever your ready to change your environment

Sunday we invited our online clients down to my gym

We went through some educational bits, technique workshop and fitness challenges

And after a few days has pasted and I’m looking at all the clips - I’m absolutely buzzing with how it went!

To see a group of people who have never even met each other before…

Opening talk about how much progress they’ve made, what they struggle with, what future goals they have - gives me a big fkn dopamine hit!

Some of them have been with us for years, others only this year.

So to see them all bouncing ideas off each other, motivating each other, talking about how they made the progress they have - just goes to show we are building something special here

Starting to work on your body transformation goals can be very fkn scary

Everything is new to you, the gym can be daunting, you question whether you should even bother starting

So having the right support and community around you is important

Not just to make progress and see results, but to make you feel welcomed and understood

It is hard
It will get tough
You will second guess yourself all the time

But trust me, if you stick at it, and keep showing up for yourself

It will be the best thing you ever did

So let this be a little reminder, that going at this alone, might not be a start move

Once your around people who are on the same journey as you, and your getting the right support along the way

You will see a noticeable difference in your consistency

What a blast Sunday was 🔥

A group of people who have never even met each other before, come down and absolutely smash it!

From the educational stuff, to the technique workshop, to the fitness challenges (or what I like to call ‘shared suffering’ 👀)

All of you absolutely killed it, thanks to everyone that made it down 👏🏻

We’re seriously building a community of people looking to get sick results and turn this whole fitness malarkey into their lifestyle

And we’re only going to get bigger and better 👊🏻

I had a class day, looking forward to the next one already
