Alli's Fitness Classes

Some of you have already started your fitness weekend this morning. Whose free to join me tomorrow morning? I promise I won't repeat the leg exercises that we did this morning.🤔🤣

Great job to everyone who crushed today's workout. 💥You pushed through heavy curls and extensions and your determination to keep the tension exactly where it belonged was evident.💪
Well done for deep joint mobilisation and leaning into the discomfort of tight tissues in our Flex session.🙌

Well that downpour made our journey to class very challenging or even impossible this evening.⛈️⛈️ Thank you to those of you who made the journey but had to turn around. Thank you to those who fid yhe classes and an extra special thank you to those of you who literally walked on water to make your fitness class.🤔🤣
Join us tomorrow especially if you missed tonight.

I'm at St Mary's Church Hall but there is a flood before you get to Morton Carr Lane.You will need to go on the back Road. The class will start late and we will do 30 mins in each class.

Another fantastic night of classes. Ladies you are getting better and better every week. It's a new month next week so we will have a new focus in Lift and new moves in Flex.🏋🧘‍♀️
