Hey family, just wanted to give you an update of where I am at as I was planning to take a year out and head in a different direction and many people were asking if I would stop playing.
I've been on a journey recently where I have had to face many things that were uncomfortable and painful to look at and feel, but through that came immense love and gratitude for what I share through my songs. I realised I was carrying a lot of pessimism and bitterness towards certain things and people that I had put all my faith, trust and love into. When I started to see through these things my world shattered and I felt disconnected from my music.
I recently have been having some experiences that have helped me feel love and gratitude for it all and have been experiencing a lot of healing through it all.
Basically I want you to know that am not going to stop playing these songs, I will still record some songs that I feel need to be expressed but I realised it is all valid and all welcome and sharing love and connection is really what matters most.
So I am here for it all, and we are all in it together! So thanks for being by my side and for all the love and amazing moments we have shared and I'm looking forward to more with you all soon!!
