๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ New to the gym world and wondering what to do with a Barbell?

๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ Been working out a while and want to refine some skills?

๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ Want to get the best out of your limited time in the gym?

I run a fortnightly Barbell Club which will help with all of this! A small group session for 90 mins where we work on all the moves you can do with a Barbell- from powerlifting (Squat, Bench & Deadlift) to Olympic weightlifting (Clean & Jerk, Sn**ch) , and loads of fun accessory moves to get a full body workout - and feel amazing!

A welcoming, supportive and fun environment, any experience level is welcome.

Fab session Active Strong yesterday! After destroying our legs with Bulgarian split squats and good mornings, we worked up to a heavy 5 rep push press and some AMRAP sets of pull ups. Some fantastic results and great form ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป

We just had to take this photo bootcamp last night- great session at Holcot Village Hall while the football was on. Great music, dancing and a lot hard work ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

Some of my amazing Strong 60 clients are holding a gardening Q&A this Sunday at the Village Hall in Old.

This lot know their gardens so there will be no question they canโ€™t answer! From lawns to veg, trees to succulents - come along and get your gardens blooming ๐ŸŒณ๐Ÿƒ

Great session and good turn out for Active Strong today! We went back to basics - 5x10 reps of Bench, Squat, RDL and Bent over row- a really hard workout ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป everyone smashed it as always! And some beautiful squats. Have a great weekend everyone!

It was Barbell Club today! ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ
We had such a fun session, front squats, seated shoulder press, high pulls and cleans (with a few cheeky jerks thrown in!)
Such a fab group, all throwing themselves into the moves no matter how challenging ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป
Iโ€™ve new dates added on the last slide- if youโ€™re interested in coming along, book on quick as I only have 6 spaces each session x

Another fab Barbell Club yesterday! We worked on Bench Press, Overhead Squats, introduced some sn**ch balance and then a go at picking apart the full Sn**ch movement. Such complex moves but fun learning all about them! And thatโ€™s the point of Barbell club, we have fun learning, having a go and not taking ourselves too seriously!
