Perhaps you missed out as a child on participating in dance classes and fancy having a go or maybe you have done some ballet or street before and know how wonderful dance is.

Classes to suit all levels of fitness as movements can be adapted to suit individuals. Ballet is so good for your core muscles especially as you get older or those wishing to tone up in a creative way.

We have 3 different adult ballet classes:

Beginners: Wednesday 7:15 – 8:00

Intermediate: Tuesday 7:45 – 8:45

Advanced: Wednesday 7:00 – 8:00

& Our NEW adult class on Friday evenings. Adult STREET & LYRICAL

Enjoying both styles in a fun relaxed class that combines street and also exploring Lyrical style.

You can burn some calories as well as dancing to some fabulous tunes, increasing your strength, flexibility and balance. Adult dance classes are proven to improve your mental health aswell. Meet like minded people and try a new way of movement and increase your confidence.

We run our adult dance classes in blocks (usually about 6 weeks) so that commitment is kept to a minimum.

With September fast approaching and thinking about our little ones activities why not book a trial for a class. Increasing their confidence and fitness in a fun friendly atmosphere so they can make new friends and develop their creativity. ( offering a warm waiting room helps too)

As one of the oldest dance schools in Norfolk we have some of the most experienced and highly qualified teachers in the Norfolk.

We are the first ISTD Approved Dance Centre in the area with classes from 3 years to adults, even teacher training for the renowned ISTD.

We have fantastic facilities with our purpose built studios onsite carpark, designated changing rooms, waiting areas and tea and coffee making facilities.

Next to the UEA sportspark and a bus stop just outside!

We are a family run school 💞 with an ethos to keep our school fun and friendly as well as delivery high quality classes for your dancer.

We offer performance opportunities and bi-annual whole school shows as well as ISTD exam classes that can count towards UCAS points.

The musical theatre classes that already run on Tuesdays with Darci are so much fun and it really helps bring the all round performer out of your child. It can be a great way to build their confidence!

Our new teacher Josh is just utterly fantastic and I know you are going to adore him. He will be teaching acro and street in September so these fun workshops where the children can do a bit of both will be a great opportunity to get to know him.

I know that everyone puts their children's needs and wishes first but why not do something for you and come and try one of the adult workshops for fun? We will be having a new adult class starting on Fridays in September so this is a great chance to try out street and lyrical jazz as an adult!
