8 Weeks later he's hit a crazy 70kg increase, now hits his old Max for 10 and more importantly ticked off that lifetime goal of 200kg!!
While keeping training flexible around his work schedule, in just 2 months he's learnt all the Strongman Events, learnt how to use the kit (including a deadlift suit) and is getting ready for his first Comp!

Athletes can enter multiple categories if applicable and will automatically enter any sub category applicable.
Example. If a woman is a novice, 52yo and U73 she will be entered and place in the Novice Category, the overall Masters Over 40 Category, Lightweight Subdivision and the Over 50 sub Division. So yes, a chance to leave with multiple trophies for one entry fee and one comp!
Each event will only need to be completed once no matter how many sub categories an athlete is entered into.
MUST BE OVER 40 YEARS OLD FOR ANY MASTERS CLASS.
MUSR BE U19 FOR ANY TEENAGE CLASS
