🩷🌸 A little ((BOUNCE)) bundle of joy has arrived! 🌸🩷

Huge congratulations to our lovely instructor Laura on the arrival of her beautiful baby girl Isla who arrived on 03/10/26🫶🏼

Mum and baby are both doing well, and we’re sending them so much love as they enjoy their precious newborn bubble. 💕

We can’t wait to meet little Isla and have Laura back with us when she’s ready! 🥰

Lots of love from all of us at ((B)) Salisbury ###

🚨 ROAD CLOSURE REMINDER – ((BOUNCE)) SALISBURY 🚨

Just a little heads-up if you’re coming to ((BOUNCE)) at Hampton Park Pavilion this week! 🩷

There are ongoing roadworks/closures around London Road, Pearce Way and Bishopdown Farm, so please allow a little extra time for your journey.

📍 TODAY & TOMORROW (Tuesday & Wednesday):
Access via the Parkwood Roundabout is still open, as the works have been delayed.

📍 FROM THURSDAY & FOR NEXT WEEK:
Access to Bishopdown Farm from the London Road/Parkwood side will be affected, so please approach via Laverstock instead.

➡️ If you normally come into Bishopdown Farm via London Road/Parkwood, please plan your route before setting off and allow a few extra minutes.

Hampton Park Pavilion is still OPEN and classes are running as normal! 🙌

Thanks for bearing with the roadworks — and see you on the trampolines! 💕

💥 UPDATE FOR NEXT WEEK💥

Both Harriet & Ash are on holiday next week, but don’t worry - your Wednesday night ((BOUNCE)) is still ON! 🙌🏼

We are SUPER excited to welcome Laura to takeover for the week❤️
Laura owns ((BOUNCE)) Andover and was actually the previous owner of ((BOUNCE)) Salisbury and the person who first got Harriet started on her ((BOUNCE)) journey, so you’re in very good hands! 🥰

Everything is going ahead as usual — just no BARBELLS next Tuesday.

Please give Laura a big ((BOUNCE)) welcome! 💥🫶🏼

Happy Friday and have a lovely weekend x

✨ A little ((B)) update! ✨

We’ve made a change to our bulk-buy passes to give you even more flexibility 🙌

Previously, our 10-class pass had to be used within 60 days. That’s now changed! 🎉

💥 ALL bulk-buy passes now have 365 days to be used.

So whether you grab a 10-class pass or a 20-class pass, you’ve now got loads more flexibility to use your classes around holidays, busy weeks, life… basically, whenever works for you!

And the more classes you buy, the cheaper each class works out - so you still get the best value by buying in bulk, but without the pressure of trying to use them within a short timeframe.

Perfect for anyone who knows they’re going to be bouncing with us regularly but doesn’t want to commit to a weekly booking 💗

As always, PAYG is still available too!

More flexibility. Better value. Same fun. 🫶

🔥 SALISBURY — YOU’RE ON FIRE! 🔥

📅 Next week: BARBELLS - 3 SPACES & ((B)) 2 SPACES
📅 The week after: ((B)) 2 SPACES

If you know you want to ((B)), get yourself booked in now rather than waiting until the last minute - we’d hate for you to miss out! 🫶🏼

Book ahead, get it in the diary and then forget about it until it’s time to ((B))! 💃🏼🔥

Who’s coming along? 👇🏼

A little behind the scenes from our team CPD day at the weekend 👀

Keeping things local, we spent the day doing our virtual training together, getting our planning sorted… and obviously making time for lunch.

There were some very questionable marketing photos, plenty of ugly laughing and a LOT of new choreography to get our heads around.

Fresh tracks, fresh routines and a fresh September ahead.

We’re so excited to bring the new tracks into classes this month and we want you there with us!

If you’ve been thinking about giving ((BOUNCE)) or BARBELLS a go, this is your sign. Get yourself booked in and come see what all the laughing is about.

See you in class!🤪

A little update for our Hampton Park classes:

You may have noticed some changes around Hampton Park Pavilion, with building works due to begin shortly.

We’ve only been made aware of the works at very short notice ourselves, and unfortunately we weren’t given the opportunity to notify you sooner. We’re really sorry for the lack of communication and any confusion this may have caused.

We’re currently working with the Pavilion and Parish Council to make sure there is minimal disruption to our classes and that our equipment can be stored safely throughout the works.

At this stage, classes are going ahead as planned and there is no need to change anything about your booking.

We’ll keep you updated if anything changes, but please rest assured that we’re doing everything we can behind the scenes to keep your classes running as normally as possible.

Thank you, as always, for your patience and support 🤍

🎄 ((BOUNCE)) CHRISTMAS SOCIAL 🎄

We’re bringing Salisbury & Tidworth together for our Christmas social this year!

Join us at The George Hotel in Amesbury on Friday 27th November at 7pm for a 3 course Christmas meal and celebrations✨

£41 per person
£10 deposit to secure your place

It would be lovely to get as many of our ((BOUNCE)) faces together as possible and celebrate another year of classes, laughs and our brilliant community.

We need to confirm numbers with the venue ASAP, so if you’d like to come, please message us by the end of next week to confirm your space.

Once you’ve messaged, Harriet send over the details for paying the £10 deposit and food choices.

We would love to see you there! 🎄

Barbells isn’t what you think it is.

Our Barbells class is often misunderstood. It’s not about lifting huge weights or being the strongest in the room.

It’s lighter weights, higher reps and a full body workout that you can make work for you.

Our classes are purposefully small, welcoming and genuinely suitable for all abilities and ages. Whether you’re completely new to weights or have been training for years, you can work at your own pace and choose the right level for you.

No pressure. No intimidating gym floor. Just a supportive group, good music and a workout that leaves you feeling stronger.

Come and see what our Barbells class is actually about✨
