General Gymnastics and
Women's Artistic Gymnastics We are a General & Womens Artistic Gymnastics Club in Salisbury.

All activties involving the four disciplines of Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor. All gymnasts work towards the BG Proficency Awards and the Wiltshire County Grades.

We are open tomorrow (Saturday 3rd October) and we are very excited for our Colours and Numbers Theme 🌈

Reminder we are only running our 9am and 10am session tomorrow, (NO 11am session)

We are very excited for our new theme tomorrow morning (Saturday 19th September) it is: FAIRYTALES “Once Upon a Time …” 🦄🧚‍♀️

We are very excited for you to see Coach Helen’s very fun and magical ideas for this theme! 🥰

We look forward to seeing our regulars tomorrow!

💜 Preschool Gymnastics - Saturday mornings 💜
We are back this Saturday (Saturday 12th September) for our fun DINOSAUR Theme.

We now have a few spaces in our Saturday 10am or 11am session, starting Saturday 12th September, and it would be lovely to meet you!

Each week has a different fun theme, from dinosaurs and colours to Room on the Broom, with the whole gym set up for children to explore. We use beams, bars, ropes, climbing and jumping activities, plus lots more!

We start with a fun warm-up with Natalie, then the children are free to explore the themed activities at their own pace, before finishing with a short cool-down.

Parents or carers stay and join in with their child, while older siblings are welcome to sit at the side.

If you know anyone with a little one on who would love to get into gymnastics please share this!

We look forward to seeing our regular preschoolers tomorrow!

We are SO excited to be back in the gym! We can’t wait to hear what all our gymnasts have been up to over the summer and, of course, welcome all of our new gymnasts to Inspire! 💕✨

Unfortunately, I’m really sorry to let you know that we have made the decision to cancel our one-off Preschool Stay & Play session on Thursday 13th August.
The forecast is currently showing temperatures of around 34°C, and with the sports hall becoming very hot, we do not feel it would be safe for our little ones to be exercising and taking part in gymnastics in those conditions.
We know lots of you were looking forward to the session, and we are really sorry to have to cancel it.
However, the health and safety of our little gymnasts has to come first. 💜

We are having a one off stay and play morning on Thursday 13th August. If anyone has a preschooler looking for something to do in the holidays, come and have a play on our gymnastics equipment!

It is on Thursday 13th August, you can book on to either our 9:15 - 10:15am or 10:30-11:30am session.

It is open for 2 - 4year olds (not yet at school) at £7 per session.

There will also be a smaller area for any little ones who are crawling or newly walking - at £3 per session

Our evening and preschool sessions have now stopped for the Summer Holidays! ☀️ those will resume in September.

We will be running our 3 days of summer club on Monday 10th, Tuesday 11th and Wednesday 12th August. ‼️Monday 10th is now FULLY BOOKED‼️

On Thursday 13th August in the morning we will be running a drop in session for our preschoolers! More information on this will be advertised soon …
