Today vs 1 year ago.

Dumbbell Racks from arrived today (2kg - 50kg).

It’s been very quiet on the socials for the last year regarding our renovations on the new unit. We are happy to say, finally, that now is the time to start showing you the end result.

We are 99% done with all the building work and taking delivery of the kit, however, if any of you have ever renovated a house you know the final bits always take the longest as you want to make it look right.

If you showed us pictures a year ago of what we’ve built I’m not sure we’d have believed it. As the project went on the vision changed and adapted, the end result is better than what we dreamt up at the start.

It’s been a big challenge keeping the class side of the gym going while renovating, lots of hoovering up dust and taking classes in work clothes inbetween working on the new space.

Want to say a massive thanks to all our current members who have been through this whole process with us and put up with training in a building site.
