YogaSilva provides yoga classes led by Silva Cooper. YogaSilva is a yoga group led by me - Silva Cooper. My training is in Hatha Yoga.
Silva is a qualified yoga instructor and is running classes in Lechlade, South Cerney, Cerney Wick and via Zoom and Facebook Live online. We get a daily visit from the starlings for their bath. If the water runs out they sit on the fence, chattering until I fill it up!!
