This Sunday (31st) we are having our monthly Tea Dance with home-made cakes and tea/coffee included.
The usual mix of Ballroom & Latin, Modern Jive, Argentine Tango and a little sequence!
There is a simple sequence class at 2.30 - half an hour for just £1.
Tea Dance starts at 3pm at Spooner Row Village Hall.

It's that time again!
This coming Sunday, at Spooner Row Village Hall, our monthly Tea Dance, with a mixture of Ballroom & Latin-American, Modern Jive, Argentine Tango and a (very small) amount of Sequence!
As usual, home-made cakes will be available along with tea/coffee.

This Sunday (8th February) we have our beginner level Argentine Tango Workshop, where we will spend 90 minutes learning and dancing (practicing) the basic moves.
Starts at 3pm; ends at 4.30. £10 per person. Spooner Row Village Hall. Look forward to seeing you if you can make it.
Each workshop is "Stand alone" so it doesn't matter if you miss one!

Our first Tea Dance of 2026!
Happening next Sunday (26th), come along and enjoy an afternoon of dancing with all your ballroom and latin rhythms, with some Modern Jive and Argentine Tango too.
Simple Sequence is for 30 minutes before the dance and what we learn will be included in the Tea Dance itself.

All being well with the weather (fingers crossed!). two brand new beginners classes will be starting this Friday 9th January.
If you fancy trying your feet (vs trying your hand!) at the Waltz, Quickstep, Cha Cha Cha and Jive, the Ballroom and Latin Beginners class starts at 6.45.
If you prefer to try Modern Jive, then it's 7.45.
Why not do both?
Prices (per person) Ballroom £8; Modern Jive £6.00
There is a Modern Jive Improvers class at 8.15 if you can already dance and would like some extra moves!
Please do check with me to ensure the class is running if the weather turns bad.

Try to avoid wearing trainers if possible. They don't like dancing too much!
