ARE YOU ACTUALLY HAPPY WITH YOUR WINTER TRAINING?

You’ve probably started your winter training by now.

But starting is only half the job.

Are you actually progressing?
Are your sessions working together?
Are you recovering properly?
Do you know what you’re trying to achieve?

Winter doesn’t need to be complicated.

But your training should have a purpose.

We’ve put together a FREE Winter Training Guide to help you make the most of your training over the months ahead.

If you’ve already started your winter training, it’s still worth taking a look.

IM NOT YOUR COACH, BUT IF I WAS, HERE IS WHAT I WOULD DO!

The end of the season is a good time to step back.

Before you start adding sessions, changing your programme or deciding what you need to improve, take some time to actually look back at the year.

What worked?

What didn’t?

And perhaps most importantly...

What was actually holding you back?

I’ve made plenty of mistakes in my own training and I’ve seen athletes make plenty of the same mistakes through coaching.

So I’ve put together a FREE Winter Training Guide sharing some of the things I’ve learned over the years and the way I’d approach planning a winter now.

It’s written for athletes and coaches and covers:

-How to properly evaluate your season
-Identifying what you actually need to improve
-Speed, strength, plyometrics & conditioning
-The small things that often get overlooked
-A simple winter training checklist

It’s not a generic training programme.

It’s simply some practical advice from Coach Slaus that I hope helps you approach your winter with a little more structure and a little less guesswork.
