νάρτηση με τον μικρο αριθμό των ατόμων στα γκρουπ, επιδιώκοντας με αυτό τον τρόπο ο ασκούμενος να έχει την αμέριστη προσοχή και επίβλεψη του instructor οπότε και το καλύτερο δυνατό αποτέλεσμα. Τα μαθήματα γίνονται από άρτια εκπαιδευμένους δασκάλους με πολυετή πείρα στο χώρο.
