Hello yogis and yoginis 🌸

I am taking a little break from the island (my trusty mat will be joining me 🧘‍♀️)
A trip to find some happiness in the autumn sun in Portugal followed by a visit to the lovely Laura Green Yoga in Romsey in pursuit knowledge and inspiration

The next class in St John’s will be on 7th November!

Have a wicked Halloween and I’ll see you all, bright eyed and bushy tailed, next month 🎃

SO EXCITED!!!!
I’m super pleased to finally share my next amazing adventure!
Starting next week, Tuesday 6/20/26, I am joining the team at the dreamy Les Ormes Wellness studio
I’ll be leading a 45min yogalates class at 5.45pm - it’s open to members free of charge or nonmembers at a fee - the link to book is below
