I met Kim back in October 2025. A few words I’d use to describe her from our very first consult would be quietly confident.
I can honestly say that over the last 12 months, there wasn’t once where she went off plan. She stuck to the schedule like an absolute champ.
The biggest thing Kim had to adapt to wasn’t how to train hard. She already knew how to do that 😂 She LOVES to train.
It was learning to recognise when a break was needed, when recovery had to become the priority, and when we needed to reduce her training days as the show got closer.
And yes, this usually came with the constant questioning from her:
“Am I going to lose muscle?” lol 😂
Anyone can be motivated to turn up, train hard, and absolutely kill it. But it’s a whole different ball game learning when to pull back, rest, and recover, especially when your natural instinct is always to do more.
I’m very proud of you, Kim. You stuck to everything, even during the stages of prep where it sucked, progress felt slow, and it looked like nothing was working.
You trusted the process and kept showing up.
12 months of consistency, no slack, no excuses, none at all.
Well done 🏆🥇👏
