Join us with a giant Congratulations 🥳 to Chris Petrus. 45 Day Challenge #28 Gold Medalist🥇Old Town Studio! Chris we are super stoked for your amazing transformation. We are so inspired by your show up and commitment to your goals. We love having you as F45 family member! Chris’s thoughts:

1. I joined the challenge to change things up with my routine. I felt like I had been doing really good as far as watching what I eat and how much I train, but I wanted more feedback and held a little more accountable. I knew our trainers would help me with that.
⚪️
2. I think each Monday check-in meeting helped me stay motivated. There is a support team that makes it fun and makes me feel like I’m not alone in the challenge. Also I planned out my meals and pre-signed for classes on the app.

3. I would tell the next challenger to be ready to share with our trainers as much as you can about your goals, so they can give you as many ideas as possible. Take one day at a time with the challenge. Don’t stress yourself out about any shortcomings. It’s supposed to be challenging and fun at the same time, and I think whatever level of intensity or amount of work you put into the challenge, just remember to be consistent through the 45 days.

4. My favorite thing about the challenge was tracking my progress in the amount of classes I would take each week and how I was able to track my meals. I also enjoyed coming up with ways to curb any cravings, which I would do by doing things like drinking kombucha, eating nonfat yogurt, or eating pumpkin seeds.

5. Sometimes I have a lot of trouble with sleeping so finding ways to shut down, call it a night and get my sleep was tough, but I purchased candles and a scent diffuser. I also bought more pillows. I essentially tried to make my sleep space as comfortable as possible. Then I kept track of how many hours I slept. Sometimes I slept for 6-7 hours, sometimes for only 4-5. And on a good day I slept for 8-9 hours and felt really good about those days. I also watched my caffeine intake, often drinking tea or a protein smoothie instead of coffee. I feel like I have a lot less difficult of a time falling asleep now.

Mixed Berry and Vanilla Protein Shake 🍇🍓

INGREDIENTS
• 0.88ounce f45 fuel vanilla protein powder
• 1.76ounce frozen mixed berries
• 3.5fl.oz. unsweetened almond milk
• 8.45fl.oz. water
• 1 cup ice

INSTRUCTIONS
Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blitz until all of the ingredients are well combined. Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve

🔴⚪️🔵F45 Challenge Approved! This is the absolutely delicious Tandoori Chicken Wrap! You’re gonna wanna save this!

Ingredients:
4.9oz skinless chicken breast, diced 1.1oz red onion diced
2 tsp tandoori paste
1⁄2 tsp olive oil
.7 oz plain yogurt
.7 oz Lebanese cucumber diced 1.4 oz carrot grated
1⁄2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp mint leaves
.4 oz cheddar cheese
1.1 oz English spinach
2 wholegrain wraps

Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat and saute the onion until soft.
Add the tandoori paste and cook for 3-4 minutes more.
2. Add the chicken to the pan stirring until the chicken is cooked through
3. Remove the chicken from the heat and combine in a bowl with the yogurt,
chopped mint, cucumber, and lemon juice
4. Lay the wrap flat and layer the spinach leaves carrot and chicken mix. Top with
cheese.
5. Fold wrap and serve.
