Whew. The end of an era 🥹
There are some chapters you close because something went wrong, and then there are chapters you close simply because you know it’s time. This is the latter. Knowing it was time did not make this decision any easier.
I’ve thought a lot about what it means to walk away from something that is still good. There is still so much love there, this community has become such a meaningful part of my life, and I don’t take any of that lightly. I think that’s part of what made this decision so hard.
I also know that staying somewhere because it’s comfortable, expected, or difficult to walk away from doesn’t necessarily mean it’s still aligned with where you’re being called next.
This chapter gave me just as much as I poured into it. It stretched me, affirmed me, and reminded me of what can happen when I show up fully as myself and allow something to grow over time.
There are pieces of who I am now, both as a teacher and as a person, that were shaped by these last three years, and I’ll carry those with me long after my final Tuesday at the park.
Maybe that’s one of the biggest lessons I’m taking with me from this chapter. You can deeply love and appreciate what grew somewhere without believing you have to stay there forever. Sometimes honoring what you’ve built also means knowing when it’s time to make room for what comes next.
I don’t want to rush past the ending just because I’m excited about what’s next. I still have a little time before this chapter officially closes, and I plan to soak in these last few Tuesdays, be present for all of it, and let myself feel everything that comes with saying goodbye to something that has meant so much to me.
November 3rd will be here before I know it, but until then, we still have memories to make. I’ll meet y’all on the mat.

If you know, you KNOW! 😂 I had to bring this commercial back because it really had us all ready to enroll in college!
Now what are you waiting for?!
If you’ve been saying you need to slow down, reconnect with yourself, or simply REST, I’ve already got the space waiting for you.
The blankets, blocks are ready and bolsters are ready to embrace you. I’M READY! 😂 All I need is for you to get off Instagram and come LAY IT DOWN!
Comment REST and I’ll send you the link to reserve your spot.
At its core, a sound bath is a deeply meditative and restorative practice. It’s a full-body experience, and what a person experiences can vary.
At the top of every session, I give my little spiel about what people may experience because INFORMED CONSENT! 😂
It’s important to me that everyone is aware of what they’re walking into and how they may respond.
So, it always brings me joy to hear people share their experience afterward. I truly never hear the same thing twice.
I love that for them AND me! 😂🥰
Nurture & Flow is like that!! 🥰💞 The proof is in the REST. 😌
Imagine this….90 minutes to slow down, reconnect with your body, and simply be. We’re running it back September 19th!
We start off with 45 minutes of gentle, restorative yoga to help our bodies slow down and release some of that tension we’ve been carrying. Then, we’ll end it off with 45 minutes of a sound bath because we could all use a chance to LAY IT DOWN! 😂
Comment REST and I’ll send you the link to reserve your spot.
Your ambition is still valid, even when your energy looks different. 🧡
To anyone with big dreams and a body that requires more grace … this is your reminder: your ambition didn’t disappear. Your pace just changed!
Living with chronic illness can mean learning how to honor your capacity while still making room for the things that matter to you.
You are still showing up. You are still creating. You are still worthy.

Y’all asked for Nurture & Flow to come back outside of Mother’s Day, and I’m here to deliver! 🥹💗
This time, it’s for EVERYONE! You don’t have to be a mother, bring your mother, or wait for a special occasion to give yourself space to slow down and be cared for.
When I created this experience earlier this year, I wanted to create a space centered around slowing down, receiving care, and giving ourselves permission to simply be. After the first one, so many of you asked if I would bring it back again, so here we are.
We’ll spend 90 minutes together beginning with gentle, restorative, all-levels yoga to release tension, reconnect with the body, and settle into the present moment. Then we’ll transition into a restorative sound bath to help you rest even deeper.
If you’re usually the one pouring into everybody else, consider this your invitation to come receive for a little while. 💗

Keke™ Palmer, girl… you did your thing with this Fabletics collection! 👏🏾
As a girl who loves a good print, you already had me. The real problem was trying to decide WHICH ONE because apparently I needed options. 😂 I couldn’t choose, so of course I took it to my stories and let y’all help me vote.
And I have to say, we chose well!
Once y’all helped me make the final decision, you know I had to see how it moved. 😂 Safe to say, it passed the test.
What do we think? Did we pick the right one?!
