🚨 LOSING WEIGHT ISN’T THE SAME AS GETTING HEALTHIER.

GLP-1 medications can be an incredible tool for weight loss—but the goal shouldn’t be to simply become lighter. It should be to become stronger, healthier, and more capable.

If you’re losing weight while becoming weaker, less active, and losing valuable muscle, that’s not a win we should ignore.

💪 Resistance training and daily movement matter. They help protect muscle, strength, metabolism, function, and your long-term results.

At Body-N-Motion, we don’t just want you to lose pounds. We want you to build a body that performs.

Lose the weight. KEEP THE MUSCLE. BUILD THE STRENGTH.

Using a GLP-1 and not sure how to train? We can help.🏋️

💪 FITNESS TIP TUESDAY: GET BACK IN THE GAME! 🔥

Been away from your workouts? Maybe life got busy, you fell out of your routine, or you just needed a break. Don’t beat yourself up — just get moving again.

The biggest mistake you can make is trying to make up for lost time by doing too much, too fast. Start small. Build consistency. Let your body adapt. Then keep progressing. One workout at a time. One week at a time.

At Body-N-Motion, we’re not about quick fixes or beating you into the ground. We’re about building strength, confidence, fitness, and habits that last. 💪

Your comeback doesn’t have to be perfect. It just has to START.

Throwing a little weight around today 295 💪 doing break off reps with negatives. Love the play by play from my man Troy Dixon great workout men!

Break-off reps force you to generate strength from a dead stop instead of relying on momentum or the stretch reflex. Add a pause, and you eliminate the “bounce,” making your muscles work even harder to restart and move the weight.

Then comes the negative… controlling the weight on the way down increases time under tension and challenges your muscles through the eccentric phase, where you can build tremendous strength and control.

💪 Dead-stop strength
⏸️ Pauses eliminate momentum
⬇️ Slow negatives increase time under tension
🔥 More control, stability, and muscle recruitment
🧠 Mental toughness—because these reps are NOT easy!
