Saturdays are for barbells...
Join us on Saturday, June 6 for a FREE Core & Barbell class hosted by Coach Nicole. You'll get 20 minutes of core work, showing you how to strengthen that midsection and brace well for barbell lifts, followed by barbell complexes that give you a challenge, as well as extra confidence.
Whether you've lifted a barbell two times or two hundred times, this class is catered to your lifting level, allowing everyone to have fun and learn some new lifts.

School’s out, summer is here, and Week 2 of our Summer Block is all about building momentum. This is the perfect time to lay the foundation for a strong summer, show up consistently, challenge yourself, and have some fun along the way. Whether you're training for HYROX, chasing strength goals, or just staying ahead of summer schedules, this week's lineup has you covered.
WEEKLY LINEUP:
MONDAY | MURPH + SUMMIT
Murph (6:00-8:00 AM Open Gym Style)
Honor those who served with this Memorial Day tradition. Come anytime between 6:00-8:00 AM, complete the workout at your own pace, and be finished by 8:00 AM.
SUMMIT at 8:30 AM: A full-body endurance and conditioning session designed to build work capacity and mental toughness. Expect to sweat, push, and finish feeling accomplished.
TUESDAY | PUMP: Upper body strength training that focuses on building muscle, improving posture, and developing the strength you'll notice in everyday life.
WEDNESDAY | CARDIO U: Heart rate-based conditioning designed to improve endurance, burn calories, and build aerobic fitness. Plus, HYROX Training with Coach Nicole at 7:30 AM for anyone looking to level up their race performance.
THURSDAY | STRENGTH: This week's strength session focuses on lifting with purpose and progressing your key movements. The kind of workout that pays dividends all summer long.
FRIDAY | HIIT: Fast-paced intervals that challenge your conditioning while keeping things fun and engaging. A great way to finish the workweek feeling energized heading into the weekend.
SATURDAY | STRENGTH ENDURANCE: The best of both worlds. Build strength while keeping your heart rate elevated through longer work periods and challenging sets.
SUNDAY | HYROX + YOGA: Train like a hybrid athlete with running, functional fitness stations, and race-specific strategies that help you move faster and stronger.
