Let's kick it up a notch this week:
MONDAY: CARDIO U - An aerobic session unlike any other CARDIO U you've experienced before!
TUESDAY: STRENGTH - Push day with lifts for upper and lower body. We're getting familiar with higher sets, higher weights.
WEDNESDAY: HIIT - Shake it all out from Tuesday's Strength day with decreased rest time in this HIIT session.
THURSDAY: PUMP - Pull day, mixing in both upper and lower body lifts with higher reps, lower weight.
FRIDAY: SUMMIT - Longer endurance cardio session with less rest time than last week. You'll burn some calories today!
SATURDAY: SHRED - A glorious mix of both strength and cardio to get your Saturday off to a great start!
SUNDAY - Core, form and breathwork class with Coach Nicole. You'll learn core moves to help with better posture, core strength, and help prevent back pain and lifting injuries. 8:30 AM at BFT Studios - you don't have to be a member to come! $5 charge for the class on that day.

In this 9-week block, we focus on strength gains, toning & definition, and functional movement. Here's the lineup:

Congratulations to everyone who completed BFT Lincoln's 8 Week Challenge. Through this challenge, we learned:
- How to challenge our eating habits and become more mindful when eating
- What types of rest and recovery your body needs
- What reducing sugar and alcohol can do to your body, energy levels and mental clarity
- How to bond as a team - with three teams competing for the most class attendance in the challenge
We are SO PROUD of each one of you that went through this, saw accomplishments in many ways, and cheered each other through 8 weeks of change. Team winners and Lincoln winners to be announced by mid-August.
